My name is Christopher Lee and I am the past president of the Strata Council at the Star of Kitsilano, a building managed by AWM. I have been really pleased with David Rishi, owner of Lionsgate Building Maintenance. He is very hands-on and frequently at our building to address and resolve one issue or another. He also has many contacts of people in the trades and items at our building, which need addressing are done so in a timely fashion. As well, David always points out any things he notices which might need addressing now or in the future.
I just wanted to pass on this positive feedback and thank you for your time.
